Welcome to PawPrints. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of pawprintsstyle.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by PawPrints, 525 Sawnee Village Blvd, 5214, Cumming, GA 30040, United States ("PawPrints", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Orders and payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price charged is the price shown at checkout, plus any shipping and applicable taxes.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete order and contact information and to keep it up to date.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, where we suspect fraud, where a product was listed with an obvious pricing or description error, or where we can't produce the item. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • A confirmation email is sent when your order is placed. It's your receipt — keep it.

2. Made-to-order products

  • Everything we sell is made to order. Orders ship the next business day and usually arrive within 3–5 business days, as described in our Shipping Policy.
  • Because each item is printed individually on garment-dyed fabric, slight variations in color and print placement can occur between items. That's the nature of the product, not a defect.
  • Sizing is described on each product page. Please check the size chart before ordering.

3. Custom portraits: your photo, your rights

  • When you upload a photo of your pet for a custom portrait, you keep full ownership of your photo.
  • You must own the photo or have the photographer's permission to use it. Don't upload photos you don't have rights to, photos of other people without their consent, or anything unlawful.
  • By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to create, produce, and quality-check your order. We will not use your photo for marketing or anything else without your separate permission.
  • We may decline a photo that we can't work from (too blurry, too dark, pet not visible) or that violates these Terms. If we decline your photo, we'll contact you for a replacement or refund the order.

4. Custom portraits: preview and approval

  • Custom portrait orders include a preview of the artwork before printing. We'll send it to the email address on your order.
  • Production of a custom item begins after you approve the preview. By approving, you accept the design as shown.
  • If you don't respond to the preview, we'll follow up. Long delays in responding will extend delivery accordingly.
  • Because custom items are made just for you, they can't be returned or exchanged after printing except when they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved preview — see our Refund Policy.

5. Our artwork and intellectual property

  • All artwork, designs, product images, text, and other content on the Site — including the custom portrait artwork we draw from your photo — are owned by PawPrints or our licensors and are protected by copyright.
  • Buying a product gives you the physical item for personal use. It does not transfer copyright in the artwork, and it doesn't license you to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the design.
  • We use the custom portrait artwork we create only to fulfill your order.

6. Shipping, returns, and exchanges

  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy.
  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy — in short: 30 days from delivery for standard items, and damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are always made right.

7. Discount codes and promotions

  • Unless stated otherwise, one discount code can be used per order and codes can't be applied to past purchases.
  • We may modify or end promotions at any time. Orders already placed keep the discount they were placed with.

8. Using the Site

  • You may not use the Site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy content from it for commercial use without our permission.
  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that can't be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law gives you the right to a different venue.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We'll update the "Last updated" date whenever the Terms change.
