• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed with us) if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Custom & personalized items

Custom portraits and personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Every custom order includes a preview you approve before we print — nothing goes to production until you say it's perfect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
